Each team must collect releases for talent, music, and filming locations on private property for each production. These documents must be made available to members of Main Street 48 upon request. It is the filmmaker's responsibility to acquire and maintain these documents to ensure compliance with third party entities.
Film crews will be provided with the following items at the official Main Street 48 Element Party on October 13th at the Mabrey Bank Meeting Room in downtown Okmulgee.
- Team Leader Agreement - Your team leader will be required to fill out and sign a competition agreement form.
- 48-Hour Film Permit - Each Team Leader will be given a "48 Hour Film Permit" for the town of Okmulgee. All official law enforcement will be informed of crews filming in town during the competition.
