Rusty Milroy

Rusty Milroy has worked with Okmulgee Main Street since it's inception in the State of Oklahoma in 1978. Standing in a variety of positions within the Organization ranging from committee member to board member and more. Rusty currently sits on the Promotions Committee leading the organization of the annual Harvest Spoon Chili Festival chili competition held in the Fall each year.
