Volunteers must arrive on time and stay for the full shift unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Volunteers may be reassigned as needed based on event conditions.

Volunteer Terms & Agreement

By submitting this form, I understand and agree that:

• I am volunteering by choice and will follow event instructions, safety guidelines, and staff directions.

• I will dress appropriately for outdoor conditions and wear closed-toe shoes when working in set-up/tear-down or other physical roles.

• I will treat guests, vendors, other volunteers, and staff respectfully.

• I will not handle cash, make commitments on behalf of the event, or enter restricted areas unless assigned and authorized to do so.

• If I see a safety issue or incident, I will notify event staff immediately.

• I understand that Okmulgee Main Street, the City of Okmulgee, and anyone associated with hosting the event are not liable for personal injury, lost items, or property damage while I am volunteering.

• I understand photos/video may be taken at the event and may be used for promotional purposes.
